About This Website

This website provides information about the Forced Reset Method™, the book Forced Reset, one-to-one coaching, and organisational engagements offered by Forced Reset Studio. Submitting a form on this site is an enquiry, not a booking, purchase, or binding agreement. Any coaching engagement or organisational engagement is only confirmed once agreed separately in writing.

Book Purchases

The book Forced Reset is sold through third-party retailers, including Amazon and Nuria Kenya. Purchases, payments, and deliveries through those retailers are handled entirely by them under their own terms. Forced Reset Studio is not responsible for third-party transactions.

Signed copies are sold and delivered directly by Leonora Mbithi, outside of Amazon and Nuria Kenya. Payment method, price, and delivery arrangements for a signed copy are agreed directly between you and Leonora Mbithi at the time of your request. This website does not process payment for signed copies, it is only used to register your interest.

Coaching Services

A Discovery Call is a complimentary introductory conversation, not a coaching session. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counselling, or mental health treatment. Where a client's needs fall outside the scope of coaching, a referral will be made rather than continuing outside that scope. No specific outcomes are guaranteed through coaching.

Organisation Engagements

Organisation Services are proposal-based and shaped around each organisation's context. No fixed pricing is displayed on this website. A Discovery Meeting takes place before any proposal is made or engagement begins.

Intellectual Property

The Forced Reset Method™, all website content, and the book Forced Reset are the intellectual property of Leonora Mbithi. Nothing on this website may be reproduced, distributed, or used to deliver coaching, training, or facilitation without written permission.

No Warranty

This website and its content are provided as is. While we aim to keep information accurate and current, we make no guarantees about completeness or accuracy at all times.

Limitation of Liability

Forced Reset Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
