• Organisations enquiry form: name, organisation, role, email address, phone number, and details of what you are exploring
• Coaching Discovery Call form: name, email address, phone number, what brings you to the call, and how you heard about us
• Book signed-copy notification signup: email address

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use this site. It is a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies or collect personally identifiable information. It may collect technical data such as your approximate location (country/region), device type, browser type, referrer URL, and pages visited. This data is processed by Cloudflare.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule a Discovery Call, notify you when a signed copy of the book is available, or otherwise follow up on the request you made. We do not use your information for marketing without your separate consent, and we do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, other than the service providers described below.

How Your Information Is Handled

When you submit a form, your information is sent by email to Leonora Mbithi using Resend, an email delivery service. At this stage, form submissions are not stored in a database, they exist only as an email. This site is built and hosted using Lovable and Supabase.

Data Retention

Since form submissions are sent as email rather than stored in a database, they are retained for as long as they remain in our email inbox, or until you request deletion.

How Book Purchases Are Handled

Book purchases made through Amazon or Nuria Kenya are handled entirely by those retailers. We do not receive or process your payment information for those purchases, and their own privacy policies apply.

Signed copies are arranged directly with Leonora Mbithi rather than through a retailer. If you request a signed copy, payment and delivery details (such as your preferred payment method and delivery address) are exchanged directly with Leonora Mbithi, typically by email or phone, rather than collected through this website. This information is used only to fulfil your order and is not stored in a database or shared with any third party beyond what is necessary to complete payment or delivery (for example, a courier or payment provider you and Leonora Mbithi agree to use).
